Composition of Welding Robot System
The system composition of a complete welding robot system generally consists of the following parts: robot operator, positioner, controller, welding system (special welding power supply, welding gun and welding clamp, etc.), welding sensor, central control computer, and corresponding safety equipment. According to the purpose, industrial robots will be configured with different welding systems to form different welding robot systems.
1. The industrial robot body is generally a 6-axis articulated manipulator driven by a servo motor, which is composed of a driver, transmission mechanism, robotic arm, joints, and internal sensors. The main task is to accurately ensure the required position, posture, and motion trajectory of the robotic arm end (fierce gun);
2. The industrial robot control cabinet is the central nervous system of the industrial robot system, including computer hardware, software and some special circuits, which is responsible for processing all information and controlling all actions during the working process of the industrial robot;
3. Welding power supply system, including welding power supply, specialized welding gun, etc;
4. Welding robots also have sensing systems, such as laser or camera sensors and their control devices;
